Shipping policy

Every Ceremony order is made by hand on Kaua'i in small batches. We never carry inventory we cannot stand behind.

How long it takes

  • Processing: 3 to 5 business days. Every order is mixed fresh after you place it.
  • Transit: 2 to 4 business days after your order ships. We use USPS Priority Mail from Kaua'i to the mainland.
  • Total: typically 5 to 9 business days from order to doorstep.

How much it costs

  • Free Priority shipping on all orders over $50.
  • Smaller orders: shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates flow from USPS as your package moves.

If something goes wrong

Reply to your shipping confirmation email or write to renan@harmonie-hernandez.com. Lost packages, damaged glass, anything at all. We will make it right.
